Slovenian Competence Centres will be presented to the Ambassadors, Heads of diplomatic missions, diplomats and representatives of economic issues, accredited in the Republic of Slovenia under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on
Friday, 24 May 2013 at Spodnja Idrija. The meeting will be held in the idyllic surroundings of the manor Kenda of partner Hidria.
The event is the result of continuous efforts to present best knowledge and technology to foreign diplomats stationed in Slovenia and offer constructive environment for setting up and weaving new business contacts abroad.
The event builds on the successful collaboration and networking of Slovenian Centres of Competence in the initiative
CoCoSi (Competence Centres of Slovenia) as an effective mechanism of Slovenian innovation policy for the creation of high-technology products and services to achieve breakthrough in the global market.
An initiative of the seven Competence Centres - CoCoSi brings together more than 50 Slovenian export-oriented technological companies and more than 30 research groups and institutes at the world's most prospective areas such as:
- Efficient use of energy
- Information and communication technology
- Sustainable building technologies
- Advanced automation and production processes,
- Biotechnology.
TECES, as a holder of a consortium KC-SURE, Advanced systems efficient use of electrical energy will held presentation of the competence centre SURE, areas of activity inside the centre and build a network of contacts in the desire to acquire complementary foreign companies, as well as related successful innovation mechanisms.
