TECES visited by the representatives of the Dutch Embassy

TECES as holder of innovation mechanism of the Competence Center SURE and as an active facilitator was in the context of follow-on activities visited by the dispatcher operations Paul van Oostveen from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands with an escort on 18th of July, 2013.
The Dutch embassy visit represents the continuation of existing steps with the aim of searching for common synergies initiated Kenda Manor, 05/24/2013 Idrija, where Competence Centres of Slovenia presented Slovenian most advanced knowledge to foreign delegates.
As part of the visit to Maribor, TECES presented its history since 2001, the Project Office management and the Research Department and the activities planned in the future. Together, we identified the opportunities of possible cooperation, both on economic and academic integration in the area of efficient use of electrical energy (see link below).
Representatives of the Dutch embassy have shown interest in energy technologies and services consistent with the development of smart grids technologies. The potential for scientific integration in the form of potential joint projects and study visits of important institutes, a demo and pilot projects was indicated.
Partners and KC-SURE network we will be informed on further activities and its results. Accordable support activities will be formed in line with reported interest of stakeholders.
