TECES Leads Most Promising ICERIS Consortia within ADRION Programme

TECES has responded to identified need of fragmented research and innovation system on ADRION area in order to streghten systemic collaboration between research-academia and enterprises of the area with Strategic Research Agenda as lead partner and coordinator in the "ICERIS, The International Cooperative Network of Educational and Research Institution Supporting SMEs in the Smart Grid sector".
Proposal was successfuly submitted 25.03.2016 to ADRION Programme.
ICERIS OBJECTIVE: creation of Transnational network among educational and R&D institutions and SMEs organized in SG clusters, capable to establish permanent innovation processes within the development of ICERIS Strategic Research Agenda 2018-2025 as transnational innovation steering support system for exploiting the 6 region innovation potential.
EXPECTED CHANGE: Structured involvement of Academia, Research org. and Governmental R&I policy makers along with Clusters as drivers of innovation across the region is creating ADRION innovation capacity boost on identified emerging tech in the Smartgrids (SG) field. Smart Grid (SG) is an electricity network based on digital technology, where regional leading edge technology knowledge can provide a competitive advantage for the entire region in terms of local, regional and national energy resilience.

BENEFITING are the a) research efforts of different Universities Research Groups acting upon joint common strategy with coordinated R&I focus, and greater collaboration between academia and SMEs, b) Enterprises cooperating with research institutions, c) cluster and R&I policy framework developers as drivers of innovation.
TRANSNATIONAL APPROACH: Universities, R&D institutions, SME clusters from 6 regions (SI, ITA, CRO, SRB, BiH, AL) active in attractive mix of proposed activities, where defragmentation and capacity building of R&I ecosystem is foreseen.
INNOVATIVE: Transnational 29 National Learning Events sequals and emobile visualisation app.
